As part of ExecuJet’s commitment to delivering world-class private aviation experiences in the Middle East, ALPHADEC was appointed as the principal architect and design partner for the complete planning and construction of two of our flagship Fixed Base Operations (FBO) facilities—at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).

Working in close collaboration with the ExecuJet team, ALPHADEC was responsible for the full scope of works, including architectural design, interior fit-out, technical infrastructure, and bespoke luxury finishes tailored to the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele.

To bring these complex projects to life, ALPHADEC worked in coordination with a broad network of Civil, MEP, Architectural Consultants & Designers for bespoke areas — ensuring alignment across all technical disciplines while maintaining the highest design and operational standards.

The DWC project in particular represented a new benchmark for luxury and efficiency in the region. ALPHADEC led the project from concept to completion, delivering signature elements such as private suites, a cigar and cocktail lounge, a spa, and a contemporary passenger experience that seamlessly integrates style with service.

Both projects required rigorous adherence to airport regulations, meticulous planning around operational continuity, and coordination with multiple airport stakeholders. AlphaDEC not only met these challenges but exceeded expectations—delivering both projects on time and within budget, while ensuring every element reflected the ExecuJet standard of excellence.
